History and Trivia

The restaurant closed permanently in August 2019. Gloria and Emilio Estefan announced plans to build a new restaurant at Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. By late 2019, the building had been razed and Disney Springs announced that Beatrix, a restaurant concept by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (from Chicago, IL), will be built on the site.
