History and Trivia

  • The Attraction's History: Miyuki has been performing her candy-making craft at the Japan pavilion since at least 1997. This style of candy-making has a history in Japan at least 250 years old and Miyuki is the first female master of the trade, having served an apprenticeship under grandfather, one of the masters of the art.
