Queue Description: There is no real queue, just a rotunda where people wait to enter the theater. The interior decoration is detailed, and the Voices of Liberty perform in this area before many shows. There is a historical display in one end of the building that can be explored while waiting.

History and Trivia

  • At this location: American Adventure has been in this location since the park opened in 1982.
  • The Attraction's History: The show remains essentially the same as when it opened, though it do get an update in 1993 that replaced some animatronic figures and introduced new film.
  • Other Trivia:
    • Sponsors: When American Adventure opened in 1982 it was jointly sponsored by American Express and Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola let their sponsorship lapse in January 1998 and the American Express relationship was lost when Disney as a whole switched its alliance to Chase Visa in 2002.
